Processing Time

Since all our products are handmade, processing time can be up to 2 weeks. When stock is low it may take additional time to produce your order. We appreciate your patience!

Delivery Times

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Free shipping applies to orders above a certain amount as displayed on the website.

Tracking

After dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow your package.

Return Policy

Return Window

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Please contact us at info@hobbyspace.nl with your order number to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• The product is in its original, undamaged packaging.
• The product is complete (including accessories, labels, and documentation).

Return Costs

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@hobbyspace.nl with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate solution.
