These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop of HobbySpace B.V., registered in the Netherlands. By placing an order or using our website, you accept these terms.

3. Offers and Prices
All prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise. HobbySpace B.V. reserves the right to change prices. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us.
4. Orders and Agreement
An agreement is concluded when you have received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
5. Payment
Payment must be made through the payment methods offered on our website. In case of late payment, HobbySpace B.V. has the right to suspend delivery or dissolve the agreement.
6. Delivery
We aim to ship orders within the delivery time stated on the website. Stated delivery times are indicative and do not give the right to compensation in case of delay. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You must notify us of this in writing. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The cost of return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise agreed.
8. Warranty and Complaints
HobbySpace B.V. guarantees the quality of the delivered products. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly within a reasonable time via info@hobbyspace.nl. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days.
9. Liability
HobbySpace B.V. is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
10. Applicable Law
All agreements made through this website are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
